1. What happens if I find a spelling or wording mistake after I receive my order?
We are not responsible for any spelling or wording errors found after your order has been printed. Before printing, we always send a proof via email for your review. Production only begins once you confirm and approve that proof. By giving approval, you confirm that all details—spelling, wording, layout, and design—are correct.
2. When will I receive my proof?
Proofs are typically sent within 24–48 business hours after your order is placed. Business hours do not include weekends or holidays.
3. Can I make changes after I approve my proof?
Unfortunately, once a proof has been approved, no further changes can be made. We move your design directly into production after approval, and no refunds or complimentary reprints will be issued for errors discovered afterward.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround times begin after proof approval. Shipping timelines vary based on the method you choose at checkout and do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for standard shipping methods.
5. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders are available for an added fee. If we miss a guaranteed rush deadline, we’ll offer a pro-rated refund of the rush fee or upgrade your shipping to ensure timely delivery. Be sure to include your deadline at checkout and approve your proof promptly.
6. What if my package is delayed or damaged during shipping?
Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), any delays or damages are out of our control. We are not responsible for issues caused by the shipping provider.
7. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re local, you can select free local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as design work has not started. If design work has begun, only 50% of your payment will be refunded. Rush fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
9. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all orders are custom and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage reviewing your proof thoroughly before giving final approval.
10. Do you offer refunds for digital downloads?
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
